William (Billy) Russell has lived his entire life in New Bern, NC. He believes in the importance of being a part of the community that he serves. Billy has been in the building industry for 20 years, with several of those years as a licensed general contractor.  His idea of a well built home starts from the ground and works it's way up and into the walls. He demands high quality materials and is adamant about the construction process of every home that he is asked to build. Along with a team of excellent sub-contractors, Billy builds each home as if it were his own. Billy and his wife, Donna, offer a team approach that assures you all areas of the building process will be covered.
