It's hard to believe that almost five years ago we wrote the description below about building our new hom.  Well, we're ready to move on to the country life and as bitter-sweet as it is, we have our home for sale.  We are selling out home for the price of $394,900.00.  If you are interested, please give us a call and we would love to show you around our home and our neighborhood.  No city taxes, Progress Energy electric, home is at the back of the neighborhood and on a cul-de-sac.  We have also added a large workshop that includes it's own HVAC unit---Workshop-Man Cave, call it what you want, it's the perfect spot to work in comfort.

After much consideration and planning, we decided to build OUR dream home along with the rest of you. The funny part was, we had the same anxieties you have!  "What color carpet?
